Managing owner, Ted Welch, recognized a great need for quality installation of radon mitigation systems during his function as a licensed home inspector. During home inspections, Ted would often see poor craftsmanship and little attention to proper code adherence or aesthetics.

As Ted puts it, “I’ve been married for more than three decades, and I wouldn’t dream of drilling a hole anywhere in my home without first consulting my wife.”

That’s why, prior to any installation, we meet with the homeowner to review all aspects of the project needs and answer any questions the customer may have.

Ted’s longtime friend of more than 20 years, Joshua Stoltz, joined Ted in early 2024 as his primary project supervisor and managing partner. Ted says that “Josh is one of the few people I’ve encountered that may be more of a perfectionist than myself.”
